Shadows of the 60’s

Tribute to the four tops

Shadows of the 60s recreates the classic style of The Four Tops with a line up of four men and two ladies anchored around the lead vocals of Dave Revels, whose voice recalls the powerhouse sound of Levi Stubbs. Unlike any Motown act and as the group's only lead singer for over 40 years, Levi left an indelible stamp on the group, making it impossible to do a Four Tops tribute without first, recreating that sound. Fans and industry insiders have cited Dave as the closest you will get to the sound of Levi Stubbs today. The ladies combine to bring you that classic Four Tops sound of the Holland-Dozier-Holland written and produced hits such as, Bernadette, Reach Out, Baby I Need Your Loving, Sugar Pie Honey Bunch/Can't Help Myself, Ask The Lonely and more.

On the recordings, the voices of Motown's background studio session singers, The Andantes were prominently featured. Their soaring voices can be clearly heard supporting the incredible voices of the Four Tops to deliver that unforgettable infectious wall of sound. Shadows of the 60s Tribute to The Four Tops immerses you in that complete audio and visual sensory package that will have you singing along to every song.
